But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. The refrigerator is expensive and I expected more.

The app, available for iOS and Android devices, lets you control your refrigerator from anywhere in the world, and offers a ton of customization options. It will also send you notifications when the door is unlocked as well as when the fridge or freezer requires defrosting, and when the filter needs to be changed.

It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. The top shelf on the right side can be folded to provide more space for tall items. There's also a full-width storage drawer for food items and an internal water dispenser.

One of the best features of this refrigerator is that the ice maker is in the freezer, making it simple to move frozen ice to the fridge for use when needed. The freezer also has thoughtful design features, such as sliding drawers that help you sort your things. It also has a large bin that can hold plenty of frozen food and a separate ice storage bin.

It would have been much better if they came with a front-mounted handle.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is an excellent option for those looking to combine the look of a French door refrigerator with more efficient design. Its capacity is superior to counter-depth models and is able to cool evenly. It's also a bit cheaper than the top counter depth refrigerators that have an ice maker, which makes it an attractive option.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a good option if you want a French-door refrigerator that doesn't cost a lot of budget. It's a basic fridge that may not be as attractive like some of its competitors, but it still has enough features to make it a an excellent choice. Its most significant feature, the adjustable temperature drawer helps to keep food items like vegetables and meat fresher longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser and a decent ice maker that operates quickly.

The "Chill Drawer", which is located above the two crisper bins, is another excellent feature. This drawer lets you direct a portion of your fridge's cooling power to the area so it can be used to store food items that require extra attention. You can alter this feature using the slider located on the on the outside of the drawer. You can also adjust the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I've found that the generic settings are more effective than the specific ones.

In my tests, I found that the temperatures of the refrigerator were fairly consistent across different areas of the refrigerator. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the fridge didn't differ much from 38 degrees. This is a good performance, but it isn't quite at the top of our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. The fridge can be linked with a smart thermostat to obtain more precise readings of the internal temperature of your fridge.

The exterior of the Frigidaire is made from grey-bodied stainless with a "smudge proof" finish. It wards off streaks and fingerprints better than other stainless steel finishes I've tried.
