Zeus is the god of lightning and the sky. Zeus is a titan of immense power. He is stronger than the combined strength of all Olympian gods.

Hades is the Greek god of the underworld. He is the brother of Zeus and Poseidon. He is known for his connection to death and his brusque personality.

Poseidon

Poseidon as the King of the Sea is a powerful deity in his own right. He is able to manipulate water and is even able to change it into different forms. He also uses his trident to cause tsunamis, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.

Hades

Hades is the god who rules the underworld. He has dominion over all things that are dead. He is the oldest of the Big Three and arguably the strongest of them. It could be a close fight between him and Zeus. Hades would easily beat Zeus in the sky but Zeus would lose in the underworld.

Hades was the son of Kronos and Rhea. He is most commonly known for his abduction of Persephone who was the daughter of Demeter. This incident provided the Greeks the mythology of the Underworld. It also gives them the mythology of Hades as the god of the dead.

After the Titan war, the gods drew lots for their domains. Zeus got the sky, Poseidon got water, and Hades was awarded earth and everything that lies beneath it. The Olympians, who were hedonists would not like to be involved with death. They didn't even like touching a dead body or being close to it. Hades on the other hand was able to handle all the dead bodies each day. He is the only god that can actually do his. Other gods are lazy or play with their pets.

Zeus
